Sambu Construction begin negotiations with Lviv authorities
The South Korean company Sambu Construction began negotiations with Lviv authorities about building a hotels in town. They were shown sites within the city and the Lviv authorities support the construction of hotels in Lviv in preparation for the Euros football Champsionship of 2012.
Lviv hotels occupancy is on average at 80. From local operators, in Lviv four hotels position itself, as 4-star, but certificated from them only one. Sambu Construction will build together with the partners from Singapore. The company have widespread plans for the city with regards to hotel building.
Sambu Construction was established in 1948. The company is specialized in the building of dikes, motorways, railways and hotels. They have also branched into the construction of business parks and residential housing. In particular, the company owns a number of hotels in Japan, Pakistan and Nepal.
